I tried to login with my clraik account but it kept giving me Unknown error???

I did run as administrator and also did restarted my computer.

This is the first time I use this program, so I'm not exactly sure what else to download other than the ocx files. Did that, but still doesn't work.

Sometimes you need to restart after setting everything up. Glad to hear it works!
