Great and useful app. Careful using this though, if you can actually change it so the score is based on a certain NP value of X to X, it would make the program much safer. Sending 250 scores all for like 10-100NP is safer because the wait times required will be low and every game on neopets gives at least that much NP.

Why would you need a proxy? You're only making a list to scoresend, NOT actually scoresending with this program. At most, you'll have less than 1.0e-over9000% chance of actually getting frozen for just making a list.
