There's actually a Discord for my city, broken down by region, where people get together for raids. It's sick. They've got the whole thing programmed to alert people when a new raid shows up and it tags people to get them together.

I use a pogo radar and watch out for spawns on the way back from work. People here usually congregate on legendary spawns so there's quite a high chance of bringing one down in a raid.
