Paypal help

Okay so long story short I have a paypal it has about 10.00 balance on it. however I can not access my paypal because I get the stupid, security message for verifing your CC number. now here is the tricky part I had a friend use thier CC, they had one of those prepaid visa's They entered it paypal accepted it. Now, my friend doesnt remember the number on that CC as it was a throw away.

Anyone know how I can bypass this ? I should I call it 10.00 lost down the drain ?

Doesn't it give you the option to switch the verification method?
Did for me when it happened, and I switched to verify by security questions.
If not, try calling.
They'll verify the number you're calling from is the number on the account. (If they're the same)

It doesnt give me that option as I never set security questions. I tried to open a ticket with them, but I guess I ll have to call them later this week. It will be odd though saying my name is utah. Lol
