Visual Basic 6 help! +rep for help!

So I downloaded VB6 and but when I try and use a HTTP Wrapper I get this message:
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
And than when I try to install the MSDN it says invalid location (as shown from the picture above) And every single location that I try is invalid
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Thank you! :D

when you start up vb6 next time run as administrator then exit then you don't have to run as administrator again it should let make it work.
