I kept getting the same things so I gave up after a few month. The only thing that was god is my work desk had 3 pokestops around it. Not much work was done those months lol

I'm not actively playing it anymore. I was pretty excited when they first released the app, but it kind of felt like a letdown after no update for so long. I can't believe there's no way to battle against other players or even trade Pokemons yet. The only reason I'm keeping the app on my cellphone is because my boyfriend seems to enjoy playing it from time to time. :P

The appeal died out really quick. It was lots of fun at first but then it just got boring. It was pretty crazy to see how into it people got. A strong dose of nostalgia, right in the childhood. Everybody could out into the world and become their own Pok�mon master. I remember seeing huge groups of people in the park I used to run at. It was always quiet, which was why I liked it. Then huge groups would gather at pokestops or wander around in the woods or by the bay, hunting Pok�mon.

i live on two pokestops, so i guess that's kept me interested and the release of the gen 2 pokemon. Sad thought that so many have stopped playing

I stopped playing a few months after it was released. Even when I was playing I was GPS spoofing because it came out when the weather was already getting close to triple digits so the only time to walk around and play without melting was at night time. I don't live in a very good area so that wasn't really an option for me.

Not anymore. I stopped playing it because I got bored, and gyms were becoming unbeatable because of over-leveled pokemon.

It was an interesting concept but there was so much they could improve on. I don't think simply releasing more pokemon was the answer unfortunately.

I still am. I only just hit level 30 within the past week and my home is a pokestop so I feel I should be way ahead on things but I'm still short of the 34-40s in my area holding gyms. I do play legitly though as I enjoy playing casually and I have also enjoyed my time walking my dog more with Pokemon Go open on my phone finding new pokemon and hatching eggs.

You should definately search for a Shiny Mega Gardevoir (but in safe mode, trust me), it's sooo beautiful!

That is super cute! wish my parents were into it. The last game my dad and i liked was Alex Kidd. I was 7 and it was on the sega master system II. Good times!

in my town there is still quite an active player base - we have discord channels for each team (i manage the team valor one =]) - the gym game has gotten very territorial and almost-risk-like if you look at it from a birds eye perspective.

it's NOTHING like last summer tho where there were hundreds/thousands of pokemon trainers at any given park - i miss that!!

I play sometimes. However, I live in middle-of-nowhere Michigan where there's only 1 stop about a mile or two away. Everything is spread out and very green since there's no stops or anything. As such I find it hard to keep up with getting Pokeballs and I quit often unless I go into one of the big cities... And even then, trying to find parking to walk and get the stops? I'd rather not.

I do. A decent amount of people in my town still do, the parks with a lot of stops usually have a dozen or so people playing.

I didn't realize Clraik had a forum for PoGo! I've played semi-casually and legit (no spoofing) since last July. I've made it to level 32 so far. I also only play as a 'free-to-play' user so the few coins that I have are all from local gym battles (which are now pretty much impossible for a solo player since basically all gyms are level 10).

There's an active facebook group for PoGo players in my city too so although the number of people playing is significantly less than this time last year, I'm still enjoying the experience. :)

Wow that's some dedication. I only played the first month or a little bit less. Did they add any end-game updates? I haven't really followed any changes but that first month was super fun going out and just seeing all different age groups of people trying to catch pokemon.

I think the rest of Gen 3 is being released this winter
