The Program is offline. What happen?

When i tried to login today, there is an error message saying the program is offline. What happen?

I'm sure it would help if you listed which program you were talking about. Maybe some screenshots so programmers can see exactly what errors you're getting. :)

Solved. For those using Win10, new update kinda auto mess up the settings. I have to manually add joe program into firewall and change lang to US
