Having trouble authorizing Stealth CORE

Whenever I try to log in to Stealth CORE with my CK account, I get a message that says "Not authorized to use this program." I know for sure that I used the right login information and I've even tried resetting my password. I'm not really sure what to do next.

Ok, so I bought the VIP, but I am still getting this same message. I tried logging out, and back in. Restarting my computer too.
