Majin Score Sender v2 won't authorize

I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. I downloaded the Majin Score Sender and the first thing to do is to log in to it for the Clraik Authorization. The button below first says "score encryption successfully updated" but when I type in my username and password it says "not authorized to use this program". And then therefore I can't log in.

I know the username and password are correct. Am I missing something obvious? Has anyone else had this problem?

This is your clraik username and PW? Have you tried changing your clraik PW?
