Program or Device to Transfer files to iphone without using itunes?

Does anybody know any kind of program or device that i can use or buy to transfer files from my computer to iphone or vice versa without the use of itunes? Any help would be really helpful :3

There's quite a few, if I remember correctly.
All you'll need is the USB cable to connect to your computer.

Copytrans is also good, it's saved me a number of times when iTunes gave me errors during restore.
