Do you mean a proxy server? I can give you a link to information on proxy servers. [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Try that, if its not a proxy server could you explain what exactly you mean by proxy.

Proxies are IP address which you can assign that are false IPs, to your real IP. They are found free on the internet. Or
you can buy a VPN which is a program and service that is private and often much faster, and never fails to hide your IP.
