Password Encryption in JSP and Java.

Anyone is looking to take up this job as stated in title?
I have source codes for BCrypt encryption.
Im doing a login page but I have trouble linking up values using useBean setProperty and getProperty.
Willing to pay someone who can able to do a login page, passing values between pages, checking password with encrypted value in DB.

I just outsourced the project to freelancer. Abit skeptical if the bidder does deliver. I got too much things on my hand!
