So I downloaded it and extracted.

When I click the StealhBuyerPro.exe it says

Failed to load control 'ctlRipperWrapper' from. Your version may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application

I'm using mozilla browser

No never use your account when you are botting. And you don't ever need to logout.

Make sure to read the guides, and use your brain too. :P

There's really no such thing as "Best VPN/proxy" (it's subjective) and it depends on your needs and your budget.

hotspot shield VPN software is cheap and really good barely disconnects quite nice really. Best in my book
