Need cheap hosting

Anyone know or any cheap hosting sites?

I found a few for like $3-$5. Wondering if anyone here has dealt with any hosting providers that are cheap. Don't need anything ridiculous. Just using it for basic php scripts and email. Under $5 a month.

I dealt with BlueHost before and they put us through hoops to get answers. They usually took a couple days to get back to us and their answers were usually broken English :(

You could always install your own cPanel of choice, remember that when searching.

These two seems good but I can't really find exactly how much they'd cost regularly (On sale right now)
