Clarifying the Discussion and Debate sections [please read]

Hey guys, we've noticed that we've had a lot of SPAMMY stuff going on outside the SPAM section. As such, we've written and stickied rules for the General Discussion and Debate Zone sections of ck. Some things that we've let slide in the past, such as 1 word answers, are going be enforced again. Please take the time to read over these rules to have a smooth transition. There is nothing that should come as any surprise, or is unreasonable to expect, so for most of you it'll be business as usual.
