Can someone tell me what the price range would be for a level 23 PoGo account with a nickname and starter chosen, no team chosen and a 1k+ Tauros?

Yeah, unless it's lvl 40 and has 4k CP Dragonites or 100% legit the max. you'll get is $3-10 (probably).
