Unable to authenticate

So, I used blue stacks yesterday and went onto my account this morning. Now, I cannot go into my account and am hit with "Unable to authenticate. Please try again later." Is this a ban or something? And does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having this issue when trying to login on PTC via emulator too. I think it's an emulator-related issue since some people can play on PTC via mobile.

That "unable to authenticate" drives me nuts.

I had great difficulties logging into PTC since early last night. Then today it worked at noon. PTC servers seem to be shotty at best.

It happens when their servers are unstable. There are like... idk, tens of millions of people playing the game so their servers have been acting up a lot. I saw something that they posted on twitter the other day that said there were something like 46 million people trying to login and that is why the servers were down. Just be patient and try again later.
