I love "A conversation with myself" (I believe that is what it is called) and many more by him, but this one is my favorite. You have good taste john :D

I'm having difficulty understanding the concept Alan is trying to convey. He is saying the universe is emptiness, and so we are void as well? How is this supposed to make us happy?

i don't think it really has the intention of pleasing the listener. i think it is more of just a different view on everything.
