Basically the better pokemon at there 1 bar for the ability and high spam attack.
When attacking you'll do best with pokemon like this, also take into account whats good against what etc like water is super effective against fire.

Transfer pokemon with abilities like this (picture below) it's as simple as that unless the pokemon is super rare then don't for keep sack then transfer once you get a better one.
