Help me with my Paypal too! +rep involved

When I login to my Paypal account, I get this message:
To continue receiving information about your account electronically, you must accept our Electronic Communications Delivery Policy. Starting January 2012, your account will be temporarily deactivated and you will not be able to send or receive funds until you provide your consent. Learn more

And when I click on Learn More it sends me back to my account overview, but the URL changes to [Only registered and activated users can see links]
I have some money that is being held by them and would like it, but I can't seem to accept the policy. Any help? I'm pretty much Paypal illiterate.

Check your email. Maybe there is something there.
Otherwise, just check the little things they put on the sidebar, there should be something really easy that you need to click.

I had to do this before.

Maybe try loggin out and logging back in?

Nothing in the email. On the sidebar I can see "Policy Updates" but when I click it, it brings me to some new policy but there's no where to accept or anything. I've logged out and back in a bunch, and I've even tried it on a different computer and browser. :/

I've searched high and low. I suppose I'll just call, which I hate to do, but oh well. Thanks! You can lock this :)
