CK Account got hacked -_- Help?

Hey, its me jcafproductions
Ok, so I got CGed on neopets, and he managed to hack my neopets, youtube, Hiddenbelow, email and he also hacked my clraik account.. I cant even access my clraik acount.
Is there anyway a mod can give my account back?
I can provide proof that this is me and such :)
