Where do I go if I'm having trouble with the MAJIN Scoresender?

I know this is probably a noob question but I am having trouble with the Majin SS everytime I try to enter it says it stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this issue? And idk if this is the right place to post this so sorry in advance if it isn't...
