Help running programs on Mac

I downloaded Parallels and installed Windows 7. I tried running Joe's Stealth Buyer and got the "Failed to load ctlRipperWrapper" so I installed the library files. Now I'm getting an error saying "Component �prjChameleon.ocx� or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" What the heck am I doing wrong? This is so very confusing.

Make sure you run as admin.
