Majin SS Offline?

Installed the [REQUIRED FILES], Runtime, .Net framework, Run as ADMIN. Not sure what else to do at this point >.<

Do you get any errors or something?

Saw Joe post saying if it's offline, a reboot should fix the problem, if that's your actual issue.

Log off and log back in or do as VitaminX said, reboot your PC. That should fix it.
