You don't have it disabled in the settings right? You could maybe try clearing your cache/history or just use a different browser! And you can only spin it once every 24hours if that's the case.

Neopets doesn't support IE anymore.

There's a pretty good chance Trudy's isn't gonna work on IE at any point regardless of what you do.

Do you want to play Trudy or make her disappear?

To play you'll have to change browsers, or to make her stop appearing daily you need to go to [Only registered and activated users can see links] and select "Block Trudy's Surprise".
