There are rumors that Sun and Moon are the "third" games to X and Y. Something about how Unova has a lot of untouched plot points and tons of references to sun/moon things!

only thing is that the pokemon anime is called "Pokemon Z" and features Zygardes other forms so its a bit odd to call games Sun and Moon if they follow X and Y

I'm in love with the Horsea fountain in the video preview. Not sure if anyone else caught that or not. Also was reading speculation (won't read spoilers I hope, but early speculation is interesting) and people think the region is going to be based on Hawaii while others are saying Singapore due to the Hotel in the trailer.
