So... I've been looking to upgrade my basic Fitbit.
Apple Watches are on sale at Best Buy right now and if I buy an open box, it will only be $200-$250. Not bad.
The only thing really holding me back is the overall practicality. And the fact there's no GPS-tracking makes me consider a higher-end running watch with GPS tracking... But even still, I'd want to listen to music so I'd probably bringing my phone with me anyway? #firstworldproblems I know.

The general vibe I've been getting from the reviews I've read/watched is that it's cool, but not a life changer.
But I can't help but be drawn to the aesthetic of the device, especially if I get it in rose color to match my phone.

Anyone have an Apple Watch that can attest to its usefulness?

Ahh but I was reading the update and they aren't even improving much besides the software and the band.
Part of the appeal of buying this model right now is the price point. I would have to wait another year for the price to drop for the rumored, newer model.

Ahh thanks for your input.
At the end of the day, it is just a watch.

My cousins, and sister have one.
Its pretty pointless in my opinion.
Everything they could do, can be done with there phone.
I can testify that the Iwatch is useless.

hey now people saying the Apple Watch is useless is saying all watches are useless.. which is true for the most part, but I've definitely spent more than 200-250 for a watch that does nothing but tell time

the thing I like about the iWatch is you can put your phone away and pretend to be listening to someone or doing something and then just mess around with your watch instead... also it's pretty cool if you have friends with them too from what I've read/seen I don't own one personally because I just use my phone as a watch!
