I bought an account with 1.5 million neopoints, some nice pets, lots of avvies, bunch of plots finished, and both maps. All in all it was well built up. It only cost me $3. I don't think anyone would buy it since the NP ratio is $2/million. If I were to buy it, from the description I would offer $5 at the most.
