So I'm trying to do my access homework and part of the assignment is to import these two .xml files that my instructor has provided to us into our database. Only problem is, when I click the link it doesn't bring up the normal dialogue box prompting me to "Open with/Save file". It instead opens the file onto a webpage and states "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." (screenshots below)

I tried just copying the text and pasting it into notepad++ and saving it as an .xml file, but it will only save the file as .xlsx which I cannot import into access.

Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to get this to work? I already emailed my instructor, but don't expect a response until tomorrow (luckily it's due tomorrow, not tonight).

Just right-click anywhere on that page and select "Save Page As..." (Firefox) or whatever it's called in your browser.
Copying and Pasting should work too.Ctrl+A on Firefox, Ctrl+C
Open cmd & type:

notepad "%UserProfile%\Documents\Referral.xml" and then press Ctrl+V

You're a boss. lol. I've been searching everywhere, changing my default programs for file extensions, etc. and nothing was working. I appreciate it man.
