So I've been looking around for meal prepping guides and recipes and find it very... boring lol. Anybody have recipes or tips on how to make eating the same meal every day better?

Should I be prepping for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I've mostly only seen guides on preparing lunches. I've found overnight oats and mason jar salads that I was thinking of doing but that's about it.

I recently started trying to expand my cooking skills. I found this great guy on youtube who makes Italian food. He uploads every Sundays and has easy recipes as well as complicated onces. Check it out [Only registered and activated users can see links]

I use youtube a lot because i can actually see what they are doing. My favorite new thing is frozen chicken breast in the crockpot with some fruit (either apple slices or pineapple) and bbq sauce. I also make a largepot of brown rice and get those steamer bags of frozen veggies. I take that to work everyday.

I do the exact same thing! Crockpots / pressure cookers are excellent for meal prep! Especially for people who are new to meal prepping.

I like this blog for super easy no brainer crockpot recipes: [Only registered and activated users can see links]

I usually just take to the grill and cook up a bunch of stuff for the week. Toss on some chicken, a few different kinds as well as some plain. Toss on some bratwurst, maybe some burgers. I find it's much easier when I have the main part of the meal ready to go. From there you can make whatever veggies you want, extra things to go with the meal. I usually eat a a breakfast/brunch and dinner. Maybe some fruit or whatever else in between if I get hungry so I only need to really get two meals ready each day.
Crock pots are a wonderful thing to turn to if you are on the go and want something delicious. Toss everything in the night before, turn it on when you leave for work and it will be smelling and tasting amazing when you get home.
