Ok first off I live on a low carb life style like 40grams and under daily (30g Max normally, normally only have like 20g or less basically)
Every now and then I have to do a cheat day to force my body back into Ketosis (fat burning mode) to keep a defined/toned body as I work out like 2-3 times a week to keep toned.
Ok I weighed myself yesterday before hand I was at 91kg, I take bulk up powder when I work out to keep my figure.
I also stayed up all night to get back into my work times.
On my cheat day I had:
Brekky: 5am
1 lemon cheese cake 500g with 2 cream tarts and half litre of coke.
2hrs later snack:
Pounder burger from Maccas with extra cheese and bacon with a large coke and chocolate sundae.
Lunch time 11am:
1kg Double chocolate mud cake I struggled on this bad boy!!
3pm:
500g Bacon and 5 large eggs with tomato sauce and 2 small cans on baked beans.
7pm dinner:
Large meat lovers pizza with large pizza like garlic bread cheese pizza.
11pm lunch:
Back to Maccas for large double Big Mac with extra double Big Mac and coke and fries.
3pm last meal:
500g Apple pie with whipped cream and 500g tub of double choc chip ice-cream.
I went to bed right after i literally just felt instantly asleep I'm fairly sure.
Woke up in a pool of sweat and my skin was pretty oily and some pimple break out :/ worth it :b
Weighed myself to find i put on 12kg 0_0 Epic gains is epic!!! Almost my highest on a cheat day.
Will update tomorrow. I had bacon and eggs for my normal brekky with my morning coffee no sugar black been sweating for like 3hrs now solid. I just destroyed my work toilet muhahaha! :b
Normally what happens is i drop most of that weight by tomorrow because my body goes into over drive to burn what I ate which will continue to happen for few days even after I've dropped all the weight I put on where I'll loose more weight even though I don't need too lmao :b
