Help with proxies

Hi I would like to know if only the elite proxies are usable on NP.

Just remember, they can't link your accounts until you transfer anything between them.

Public proxies are iffy, evens some VPNs are iffy, because multiple neopians might be using the same proxy. Unlikely but possible.
I find HideMyAss lists to be the most helpful in terms of proxies: [Only registered and activated users can see links] using them in conjunction with FoxyProxy.

If you are iced, however, it helps to have a dynamic IP address. Google your ISP to see if you do and google how to change your router's Mac Address, I'm not typing a guide here so I won't go into details, but a dynamic IP assigns a new IP from your ISP. Also remember to clear your cookies/cache/etc. with something like CCleaner or via browser options before starting another account on the new IP.
