Help with paypal.

Ok so I've linked my card to paypal.
Do I have to wait for the letter they send me so that I can confirm my card to be able to transfer money into my paypal?
I have money in the card but not in paypal :X

Did you link a CC or a bank card to it?

If it is a bank card I know mine was instant after I put in the branch number and stuff. I have never dealt with CC's though so I can't help there.

They could be closed atm, people wise. Try waiting till tomorrow night as it is their business day and people should be on then.

I don't understand the above post's however your do not have to wait for certain times to make transactions. After adding your card to an account you should have to verify it. Once verified you should be able to make purchases on PayPal and they remove the balance from your card. The other option you have is to top-up your PayPal account balance and then make purchases from your balance.

By 'letter they send' are you referring to them putting in two small deposits or a withdrawals that you have a verify?
