Yes, that is true it looks more serious in the trailer but I hope they are still goofing around and make people laugh :D
I can't imagine digimon to be complete serious and setting their focus on battles :o_o:

The digimon look bad ass compared to the original anime. And omg.....I cannot wait for the mega evolution's for the other digimon x.x Especially Phoenixmon

I just googled Phoenixmon and that one looks epic! Is this one evolve from the pink bird? I unfortunately don't know any names anymore xD

For some reason only gabumon and agumon digiovled in the anime :/ and only once did gatomon and patamon digivolved and that was in the movie. And they did gatomons evolution wrong. Was supposed to be ofanimon. But they get it right in the new anime ;)

I had no idea a Digimon Adventure game existed prior to your post ... now I'm burdened with knowing that Bandai expressed no interest in porting it to English. Cold world.
