I got banned once for making a gold trophy in one second (I accidentally made the time to wait 1 second.)

I persuaded someone to trade his more expensive item with my less expensive item. We traded, then he found out that he made a bad deal. He tried to persuade me to swap back, but I refused. He reported me, then the next day I was frozen for scamming. That was the first time I was frozen on neopets. But after the account purge, I re-created the account. I've got back the account eventually lol

Using a scoresender, autobuying (I DON'T EVEN FRIKIN AUTOBUY!), moneytree grabbing, making mutliple accounts, impersonating Neopets staff, for protection (Don't usually get that reason very often), and doing dailies and playing games on multiple accounts. I know, i'm such a bad girl lol.

can i know whether you got instantly banned or waited few hours before getting banned? for score sender.

score sender is risky since it'll probably sometimes comes in 2 weeks and freeze you. I normally score send multiple accounts on rotation, when the money has to go out, i wait for a month.
