Pokemon TCG online codes. A Guy a work gave me a stack of them.

So yea a guy at worked (he just started) was trying to get to know everybody and was asking me if I was a gamer or if I used to be. Yada yada yada he brought me a stack of 34 codes.

These codes are given in a pack when you buy cards in real life and says you go to pokemon.com/tcgo to redeem them.

Some of the cards say what I assume to be what kinda of booster pack it was obtained from. Some dont say at all. Any help?
