runtime error 5 on Stealth buyer

since last time i used it i haven't changed anything really on my PC but this error keeps coming up when i try to load item list into the buyer.

i run all the fix's there is besides the libarayfiles one because the link is a dead end.

haha yeah more to life at times and 30K increase to my salary helped that along.
