Is there any way to get something like this?

For cK obviously (I edited that from my Twitter tab XD) I know that (by default) when you get a PM the cK tab/window takes focus, but sometimes I open a bunch of tabs (cK being one of them) and it'd be nice to have that feature (if possible :))
Also because sometimes I get distracted with the other tabs I've opened :rolleyes:
