[Guide] Watching stuff online...

SO if you are like me you might like to watch some stuff online, below ill explain how to do that.

There are few places that you can go to view things online. for cheap or free. I am in the US, so alot of these sites are tailored towards the USA.

1. Hulu.com
2. s7icky.com
3. veoh.com
4. stagevu.com

What the Sites do


Hulu = non subscription/subscription based select tv shows, they are usually about 1-2 weeks behind whats current on tv. you can view most shows here free while some shows are paid per subscription.


s7icky = Free tv episodes (limited selection but hey its free) usually current episodes within 1-2 days of airing on tv.

veoh = similar to the old megavideo, has user uploads, movies tv shows.

stagevu = Has some stuff you typically have to enter stagevu, "whatever showmovie" your looking for in your web browser, to find what your wanting to watch

All of these sites are free to view. So have fun enjoy your online tv experiences.

Honestly? This is a poor guide.
Megavideo doesn't even exist anymore.

It would be worth mentioning that Hulu is only available to US viewers. If you're putting country-specific sites then it's worth mentioning BBC Iplayer, Channel 4oD and ITVPlayer for the UK too.

You're missing cucirca.com which has most American TV shows(inc. Family Guy and The Simpsons). Also, watchfreemovies.ch is a great site for streaming films, there are a lot of popups but it's all safe, just choose the Putlocker links as your first choice. Both sites are entirely free.

Be worth also including sites like NetFlix which although they charge a monthly subscription for their service, are 1)totally legal and 2)relatively cheap. They also offer 1 month's free trial so it's worth getting just for that and then cancelling if you don't want to carry it on.
