Currently ranked in Silver 2.

Would like $250 OBO for this account as there is almost $100 in skins alone.

just a tip, your asking price is way off of regular prices for lol accounts.. I could get a diamond account with 100+ champs and 50-100+ skins for that price honestly you'd be doing pretty well if you could sell it for 100, but you're free to do what you want.

edit: I guess you may have a awesome account name or black alistar and ufo corki skins or something that does justify that price but if it's just basic skins and champs then I'd still think it's pretty high for a LoL account

My ex tried to sell his plat smurf for $300+ and had trouble with that too. It had way more skins, champs, and runes.
