Does anyone have methods that work for getting deleted URLs/Inactive URLs? Or know of anywhere you can buy one word URLs?

There is literally 1 way I can think of and it will be a hard bargain:
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

they're super against people hoarding URLs, but do nothing to prevent it from happening. i've had people offer on fandom URLs i have (and use, i just have them UFT since it's so easy to change them) and have sent me literally PAGES worth of screenshots of their hoarded URLs. like, really? :(

i've also heard the method of following the URL and waiting a week and sending a fanmail to the URL has a small chance of working, since you can't block fanmails on sideblogs (as far as i know) and people often forget they have inactive URLs as sideblogs. i think they get an email notifying them of fanmails, too, so if they don't use tumblr anymore they'll be like 'oh shit yeah' and etc.
