Runtime Error 9 stealthbuyer.

Ok, So I've been trying for a while to get stealth autobuyer to work.
I always run the app as admin before you guys say...

I get as far as setting up the buy settings and account login info + proxy.
When I click login I get the runtime error 9 message.
I'm runnning win7 home premium 64 bit.

A few questions so I can keep tinkering whilst hopefully getting it to work.
Do I need to have all the .ocx files in syswow only? Or should I put them in system32 also?
I figured if I dupe all the library files in both 32 and syswow it should work after registering everything

I've tried the auto registering programs you guys have made but I still get runtime error 9.

P.S. I know next to nothing about programmind I'm just messing around on cmd hoping something will make this work...
