Prices on almost everything keeps dropping. Personally I think it's best to not kill the economy more...

Is it a daily or can you visit it multiple times per day?

It's a daily Carnage but take in effect that you have no guarantee of an outcome. Have 3 screens to choose left or right and after each one, you could hit the "dead end" and have to try again tomorrow. Kind of similar to Deserted Tomb.
