Live chat

I think it would be cool to have like a live chat thing in the corner where online users can talk to other online users I think It would be a very nice idea and could work better than TC.

I can tell ya right now that this won't happen, for a number of reasons.
The main one being that instead of people posting and joining in on conversations, the focus would be based around the chat box. This is a good thing to keep people in contact, but we have tinychat for that.
It's better to keep the forums as the forums, and keep the chat as the chat, separate.

It's a good idea in theory, but something not really necessary. I think it's been brought up before in the past too. It's just not something we really feel the need for right now :)

I swear I remember that being a thing for a short time a while back? I think TC and everyone using other forms of social media is fine for that as well :)
