So for those without Official clraik rank (when rep points start to work) or without VIP membership they are not going to be able to use Stealth buyer?

And just to make sure, we cannot use it if we already have it installed from the other website? Just asking questions to get an idea of the general idea of what is going on lol.

That is correct. You either have to purchase VIP or be the rank that is required. You have to work your way for programs. :)

If you installed it from another website, it shouldn't work anymore/doesn't work anymore.

Yeah for some reason the part where you put in how much rep you want to give isn't showing.. we will be fixing this issue asap, most likely tonight.
