Account password not being sent

So I just found an unregistered email account, and I sent the request from neopets and nothing came. So I went to petpetpark and it sent the username but not the password. Ive had this probelm before but the profiles were never worth it, but this one I want, but I cant figure out if its lost for good or not. Any suggestions?

I think that if the age of the account's owner is under 13 you can't have a mail from TNT, but I'm not sure...

I had the same problem, the only problem I have now is that I cant get the pw to the accounts, only the UNs :(
