Is it allowed for me to sell my neopoints and instead of getting USD having someone put the payment into V.I.P for me??

I'm not sure about how much a million is but I think it's $2/per mill.. Is this right?
I'm still debating on weather or not I'd want to do this. Just wanna make sure I could.

Making the NP back is pretty easy as long as you don't get banned and have a decent connection. I've made 25mil+ in the last few weeks and I don't even use an autobuyer as good as the one on this site.

Were you using one of those really really slow proxies? I managed to get a Pirate Draik Egg despite a buy time of 10000+ ms from attic yesterday.
Unless it takes you like 10 seconds to load a page, you should be getting more than that.

I actually wasn't using a proxie when I bought those..xD
I think it might have been how I was setting it up. I'm not sure how to do it so I just went by pictures of the programs xD

I figure it's a computer-illiterate problem on my end.
