If you want to purchase Neocash,
do you have to be verified paypal user? or does your credit card needs to be attached to the account?

Or is it just fine if you have balance in your paypal account??

Not sure if this help but you probably better off buying Neocash cards (or now known as Nick Cards). You get boxes from the cards and from paypal you don't... which means you have to buy gift box capsules to get boxes to trade which means 2 dollars a box most of the time.

Also people have had issues not getting their neocash right away using credit or paypal and had to file a ticket to TNT.
