zxzero I'd put into first post just for newer users that this shouldnt be used if your going to be accessing and cheating on a lot of accounts. I mean it can be used, but odds could heighten a linkage between accounts since its a static IP. But this would work wonders for have a second batch of 5 accounts: 1 main, 4 side accounts. For those who like to take on two persona's. Excellent find! +repped

Probably very similar to windows 7, you would find the option to set-up a new network in the control panel - network options. Haven't used xp in forever so I am not too familiar with it.
