Random errors

Okay so running into issues with password reset.

everytime i request it i get error- invalid email address or username

but it passes the username validation and the email is right because it retrieves the usernames for the email without an issue.

accounts do exist.

tried manually with the accts from the email and same issues. tried with an account i've been into and htat is active and it works fine...

This is through neopets.

any ideas what is going on. I thought you could still reset pw's if the accts were in queue for purged..

I've experienced this error extremely frequently when I used to do unregs.

As far as I can tell, there is nothing you can do, sucks but you cant do anything about it.

Yep, doesnt work on both places, and no, it seemed to be random when it happened to me.

i know the submit button on ppp doesnt work but i can bypass it.

If you can bypass the ppp button there is a chance that it would work, but I've never successfully done that.

Try MQ before they shut it down.
